Packing lines

Packing lines are the ultimate extension to our slitting lines line and make handling easier and productivity more efficient. The coils are taken down from the turnstile using a tilting table, tilted 90°, strapped and stacked on to a palette.

Our packing lines can be extended by a weighing device, paper wrapping machine, foil stretcher and a transport system for the stacked palettes.  Depending on production capacity, the packing line is operated manually, semi-automatic or automatically.

Tilting table

the tilting table is used for taking down the coils from the turnstile and to tilt them at 90°. In this way a single ring or a whole stack can be taken down from the turnstile. Taking down and transporting towards the next machine can be done over a vacuum plate, roller way or conveyer belt.

Strapping table

the strapping table is applied when single rings are strapped through the eye. Depending on the requirement, the strapping line is operated manually, semi-automatic or automatically. Taking down and transporting towards the next machine can be done over a vacuum plate, roller way or conveyer belt.

Paper wrapping machine

The single rings are wrapped in paper automatically. After that, the ring is transported towards the next machine. Option are an automatic taping unit which tapes the paper end and packing material storage which ensures continuous production.

Stacking systems

transport single rings and stack them onto the palettes. Depending on material measurements and weight this is done using a vacuum plate or a gripper. The stacking system is operated manually, semi-automatic or automatically.
